Kayce W. NEVER go here, unless you enjoy being ignored and not serviced for almost an hour after being seated in the pedicure chair. They pick and choose which customers they want to service in a timely manner.

Kira Carrillo Never going back. Found an older Max Nails gift card I received for Christmas in 2022. I used it once, had a remaining balance of $20 on it. The guy would not allow me to use my remaining balance. He literally picked it up, looked at it and threw it back down, then took it and threw it away. So, if you’re getting one for someone make sure they know there’s a time limit on it!

madelynn moity I was a walk in, they were already busy but they managed to get me seated as soon as I told them what I wanted. The one that did my nails was AMAZING, always asking me work make sure it was what I wanted. He was very patient and polite, making sure everything was to my liking. I very much enjoyed myself, I love this salon, will definitely be returning soon!

Jennifer Taylor Don’t do it! They should not be allowed to give pedicures. She dug so deep into my toe she gave up with the clippers and PULLED what was left of the hangnail she created. Didn’t bother to even file any rough edges she left behind (see pic of ONE example). Most painful and miserable pedi ever. And certainly not the friendliest!

My other nail shop was packed and took my daughter here for her birthday . My daughter was so upset because I bragged about my first experience, but I didn’t have the same person a year ago .

Hailie This was my first time visiting this nail salon. The tech who did my gel manicure was not friendly at all. She didn’t want to talk to me. She was too focused on other customers, and as she was getting frustrated with others, she was taking those frustrations out on me as she was doing my nails. When she cut my cuticles with the manual clippers, she made almost every finger bleed. My ring finger was ripped so badly that I was constantly, heavily bleeding throughout my entire appointment. The tech was even frustrated with me for bleeding. The pictures I have here are of my finger the day of the appointment. You can see where my skin was ripped.

Lauren Brooke i came in today for a set of acrylics. i wanted french tips. aside from the visible bubbles on my nails, the design isn’t that bad. what i did find appalling however was how absolutely unsanitary this place was. to begin with, she filed my natural nail with a used emery borax drill bit which she pressed down so aggressively on my nail beds that they began to get hot just from the buffing. i noticed that her nails had dirt and grime under them and i was immediately uncomfortable. about 10 minutes into my visit, one employee dropped an open jar of acrylic powder on the floor, scooped up the spilled powder with her fingers, put the powder back into the jar, and used the contaminated acrylic on my sisters nails. when it came time to put on my acrylic, i noticed that the consistency and drying time were just not right - this could be due to an incorrect monomer to powder ratio but i also suspect the use of mma monomer, which is illegal and can cause nail damage. once the acrylic was on my nails she began to file down the thick layer of acrylic, once again using intense pressure, and cut multiple fingers, three of which drew blood. my fingers are still in very bad pain. she then placed gel top coat onto my nails and instructed me to place my hands in the gel lamps that were built into the work station. i slipped my hands in and noticed bugs crawling on the lamp. they were small little light brown things. she then left my station without saying a word and giving me dirty looks while i waited for my sister to be done. this is actually the worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. .

Robyn Fabulous stylists and service! Theyre genius with color theory and my results have always been great. Ive watched them do magic on the hair of others and Ive got not a single complaint. ADA accessible and ADA friendly. The prices are exceptional. Payment through Venmo is preferred, but they accept all forms of payment.

Arielle Lege The stylist at this Salon are so down to earth. The atmosphere is cozy, personal, pleasant, and fun!! There is no negativity here! If you want to feel uplifted and beautiful come here. Blythe Picard Excellent customer service. I called several times and even stopped by, but they happened to be busy each time. When I did make it in, they were very patient and kind to my three year daughter who was with me. Also, excellent basic manicure and fair price!

Marilyn Morris I cannot say enough positive stuff about this place!! I would absolutely recommend to anybody and everybody. I went in there in hopes they could fix the hot mess another salon left on my fingers, and my expectations were exceeded in abundance. I am beyond satisfied, and theyve just gained a loyal customer! keisha Lagrange OMG, you can not go wrong with this nail salon. You get so attached that they start to learn you my name. Very, very friendly, and cool. Theyre not this ordinary nail salon. Ask about her purses and sun shades.. you wont be disappointed in either. 5 stars in an understatement

Mitchells Making Memories First time here. People were friendly. Nails were done nice. But it looks like my nails have grown out about 1/2 an inch and I am writing this review while still waiting on my toes to dry. Toes look nice.

Andrea Jones Had a gel nails done on 9/15 and left for the Bahamas on 9/20, the gel.polish was already coming off. I made sure I didnt disturb the polish since I wanted to make sure my nails looked nice for.the trip. I returned from my trip on 9/25 and was able to just pull off the polish, except for the acrylic nail. Now I have go to my regular nail shop and take that off. 100 bucks wasted. My gel always last 3 to 4 weeks. This started coming off within a week.

lucien steib This is the most unclean Unsanitized,nail salon I have ever seen down to the nail equipment, built up green stuff on her tools. My finger started breaking out with rash.

Francesca Duplessis I got my nails done somewhere else yesterday and I wanted to cry because they were so horrible. I called here and they were more than happy to ensure I had beautiful nails for my engagement photos this weekend. The customer service was amazing and I appreciate how much they cared. I will definitely be back!
