After we described our problem he quickly came back with a very reasonable quote for the repair, and offered to come over right away to get us back on the road. In the end we decided to have the car towed to a shop, because we were concerned that there might be additional issues, but we appreciated Prestons quick, professional response very much. 10/10 would use in the future if our car broke down again in the East New Orleans area.
