3 /5 Bubba Barton: The lobby is warm and inviting. The arcade is a great touch. Dr Rainwater, Donna and Cheri are very thorough while being nice to patients. The only problem I have is that the woman working the billing didn’t even try very hard to verify my insurance and it seems like normal practice to charge the customer more than what they should. It was my first visit and I feel like they plan to 20% insurance to get more money from patients on the first visit.

Raven Veillon: I struggle severely with a panic and anxiety disorder so obviously the dentist isn’t something I’m comfortable doing! However, Dr.Perez goes above and beyond for me! Granted, he’s not all warm and fuzzy and actually pretty much all business. But when you talk to him about something that concerns you, he takes it seriously! And that’s what I’ve needed all these years! I’ve been through numerous places that were the exact opposite! Not to mention he’s fast and efficient. I don’t have to stay in the chair longer than an hour maybe for multiple dental procedures! He pays attention to my body language and can instantly pick up on when I’m struggling mentally. Will stop and give me a small break and words of encouragement. Then he’s right back at it, working on getting me up and out of there! He’s never hurt me or made me feel uncomfortable. This Dr. and his team are amazing and I’m so grateful to have found them and be able to finally regain my confidence back!! And special shoutout to Paul who is also SO supportive! He just has the most comforting energy! I personally request him to be in there during all my procedures!

I switched dental offices about a year ago due to easy location of this office right off of Causeway versus uptown, no parking and not convenient location. I now have fallen in love with Storyville! First, the office is beautifully renovated and very comfortable right when you walk in. Secondly, the staff is amazing - I highly suggest Elise as a hygienist she is sensitive and zero pain. Andrea, the office manager is pretty great and personal as well. Dr. Thibodaux is great, he made me feel like an old friend Ive had for years. Id call this office far more homey than any other dental office Ive ever been and highly suggest it to anyone!

When I’m there I feel like I’ve known them forever the whole staff is like that ! Dr. Reza is funny and very talented . I lost my daughter a few years ago and I decided I needed to start tryn to get back out in the word and start looking good again and I have every confidence I’m in good hands.
