3 /5 Erin Van Geffen: I want to preference that we went in with a bigger party. We called ahead and asked if they could take us, and they said absolutely. They did have space, but we were all rushed. The gel manicure is not completely on all my nails and pretty thick. Im glad they could accommodate, but if they could not dedicate the actual time for our services, I would have rather they told us they could not service all of us.

5 /5 Hailey M: They were pretty busy, and there were 3 of us. Took a little wait, but it was worth it. Did a great pedicure, and I also did a dip manicure. My nails are very soft and never have any luck growing them out. Very nice staff and overall, a good atmosphere.

3 /5 Suzanne Fogle: We’ve loved City Nails for years. So much so, that my daughter who initially recommended this place to me, came into town to have a pedicure. My daughter, granddaughter, and I walked into what once to be thought as the best place to get nail services tended to… was not what it once was, and it was a bit subpar. Unfortunately, what once was, is not. RIP OG CITY NAILS! $140.00 plus tip was ridiculous for 2 adults and a 4 yr old.

2 /5 Mariah Ackman: They were nice. I will give them that. We called ahead for a brides bridal party and fam members to get manis and pedis for a specific time and day. We show up…with a bunch of the party still waiting. They didn’t do a full pedicure on a good portion of the group, but charged the s risk price( it appeared they were rushing). When it got to the manicures….they did not do manicures on us…they only did our sets or the colors we wanted! I hadn’t noticed at first because I was talking with the bride. They do not do ANY designs, so the simple idea that the bride wanted.. couldn’t do. They messed up on her toes. Seemed as though they were rushing to do just the basic for our nails. It was a Thursday and they were busy, but they should have prepared for that! Their prices were wild for not even doing a manicure! I will never recommend them to anyone.
