Ndn Beauty: It is really sad to go into an establishment (when the sign says OPEN and flashing for attention) to simply be told in a direct manner “We Are Closed!” When the Open sign is on, the door is open and seems welcoming, and Google says you’re going to close at 7, then you are Open for service. I walked in at 6:40 and just needed nails removed and a simple manicure and brow wax. They didn’t want to help and clearly had one customer left. It would be better to adjust your google time to 6:30. Not everyone has off on a Saturday and if your time is valuable then your close time is 6:30 not 7. I have frequented this establishment before but customer service is not value to them. So, I know not to give my business again.

Lindsey James: Oh my god LOVED it definitely the only place you should ever go. Engaged in conversation for the entire time laughed together and my nails came out amazing! I told her butterflies and blue and let her do her thing!! It came out amazing for my friend and I it was 122$ and we got similar things but the quality omg love it perfect 10/10

    Peters Nails - Lafayette
Hannah Coley: Let me come in right at 5:30pm for a pedicure and refill. Loved how they didnt make my nails too thick! Peter was constantly asking every customer if everything was good with their service. They are always aiming to please. Price was great to! A pedicure and refill was under $70

Alicia Thomas: Love love love this place! Kim and Tom do a great job!

House Account: These people previously charged me an extra 20.00 out of the blue claiming their prices changed. I paid it but said I wouldnt return. My 16 year old went today due to time concerns because they are always empty, they were supposed to do a full set and pedicure. They only applied gel polish to her real nails and did a pedicure and charged her 105.00! Then they didnt even paint her two pinky toes. when asked about it they kept insisting she said she didnt want a full set. I was literally on the phone when she said she wanted acrylic on her nails. She does not typically get her nails done, this was for her birthday. These people are CROOKS. I do not recommend them at all. There are plenty other nail shops that dont cheat their customers
    Victoria Nails - Lafayette
Sage Viator: I literally have never left a review in my life but this is was the best mani pedi I’ve ever gotten. I will never go anywhere else again!!
Exotic Nails - lafayette - Lafayette
Mallory Broussard: Did not listen to any requests I had. My nails are now in horrible repair condition. The results were what you expect two weeks after a nail job but without an actual manicure. What’s worse, is the lack of pre-nail care. The recent photo was “fixing” it

Morrigana: Clean inside, decently nice workers. Played on my hands though. My middle finger on my right hand has hair trapped in the gel and they wouldnt re-do it, and my ring finger on my left hand is bumpy. Also, the acrylic made my nails look sparkly?? I didnt want that at all, and the white tips are kinda choppy. You can also see the nail extensions under the gel. Probably gonna get them redone somewhere else, if youre in the military dont go here. Theyre not going to do your nails in regs. Also, $65 is kind of crazy for this.

N Shuford: Lets start with the good. The location is clean and organized. **The prices seem fair (Ill explain further later). Now thats all for the good for me. I asked for the gel on my nails to be soaked off, not ground off. I didnt even need a manicure, just a simple soak off and gel put back on. She let my nails soak, then ground then down because she didnt have a scraper or file with the right grit. I have naturally hard nails so in order for my nails to be soft, youve got to grind them too much. Anyone that gets gel knows that you soak it off, scrape the residual, and bug your nails. It may be tedious, but I live my natural nails and dont like acrylic. If a salon wants to do acrylic only, dont offer natural services and then ruin my nails. My service doesnt take long but when done well, is worth just as much to me for paying $20 as the person paying $80 for acrylic. $20 is fair for a quick nail polish change only if youre customer is happy. If they are unhappy, it wasnt worth a dime or the time for either party. Before I walked out my nail polish has runs and dimples. To be clear, my nails looked worse going out than they did when I walked in. No, I dont want a response, no I dont want a refund, no I dont want a credit. I want people to give good service.
