1 /5 Mason Leinweber: I originally chose C&R Collision because they had a certification to work on Subaru vehicles and they had good reviews, but certification does not always mean qualification. After my service, I had to return more than three times because even though they fixed my original damage, they added more damage in the process and then denied accountability. The most recent of which was a piece of trim between my quarter panel and roof that was all dented and bent. The attached images are C&Rs before picture plus my picture when I got my car back because they conveniently did not take the same after picture of the piece they damaged. I spoke with the owner and he promised to order the new trim plus the brackets that secure it just in case any of those were broken. Whenever I brought my car back for the third time to get serviced I received a call an hour later because they “forgot to order the brackets”. Throughout all of this I have been nothing but polite and understanding and not only did they keep being negligent with my car, but whenever I would explain to them they messed up on my car I got cut off, yelled at, sarcastic comments like, “What do you want me to do about it?” After everything was all said and done, I spoke with the owner about how I was treated unprovoked and that I was willing to let this all go if I got an apology from the two of his staff that spoke to me disrespectfully. He refused and said that at any point he could have just told me to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. If you want to be treated decently and have your car worked on with care I couldn’t recommend this place less. I will delete this review whenever I get an apology from the people that disrespected me.
