Firestone Complete Auto Care - Lafayette Megan Savoy: I had an excellent experience at Firestone—huge credit to the team working there. Despite being clearly short-staffed, they remained professional, courteous, and efficient. The service was top-notch, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. You could tell they were doing their best under pressure.
That said, this location (and probably others) would really benefit from more staff. The current team is doing an amazing job, but they shouldn’t have to carry that kind of load alone. Firestone, if you’re listening: please invest in hiring and supporting these hardworking individuals. They’re the reason customers keep coming back.
