5 /5 Felicia Magee: The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable, every department worked well with the next. They answered all my questions had a great payment plan with decent interest rates and low monthly payments. All in all a great experience.

1 /5 M Williams: Ads show they do implants… they don’t. On initial visit when treatment plan and pricing was being agreed on, I was presented with a package price allowing for insurance payments. Office manager kept asking me, “how much money do you have?” despite me assuring her I had enough to cover the agreed upon price. None of her business how much I had. Months after subsequent visit I received a bill via mail for additional charges. That bill was fast tracked to a collection agency when I didn’t pay it promptly, in spite of still having much more work to be done under the signed agreement. After paying the bogus additional charges, I now am going into 3 months trying to get my permanent dentures set. Appointments to get the services already paid for keep getting rescheduled 2 or more weeks out. Just got a call that my appointment to pick up my final denture set has been pushed out until after the holidays in January. Stay away from these vultures. You can get much better service from other local offices.

1 /5 Tere Bohannon: First let me say this is not a mark for the staff at the dental office in Monroe, its the appointment phone center. They asked what I needed done, I told her, she made my appointment for 2 in the afternoon. I live 45 minutes away, just had back surgery 4 weeks ago and Im told that what I need to have done they only do at 8 am. I told the nurse that i explained what I needed to the appointment person and this was the appointmenti was given, do they not get trained at the appointment centered? I was not pleased, This was a waist of time for me as well as the busy staff at the Monroe office. I actually made another appointment but am going to cancel and find someone closer to home that doesnt use appointment centers.

5 /5 Katie Kimbell: Could not have asked for a better or more personable visit. They gave me my smile back in one day. Everyone took the time to talk to me, make a plan for me to review, and there was no pressure to choose any option. They are the best!!! Will be returning for more treatment.

5 /5 Rhianna Haddox: All of the staff were amazingly friendly, and knowledgeable, and felt like I new them my hole life, the doc was also real friendly just didnt seem as knowledgeable as the rest of the staff
