They also make my daughter feel at ease, which is difficult when she’s nervous. Plus she loves their points system that rewards her for taking care of her braces. We’re glad we chose Dr. Koga.

5 /5 Bristy Skyles: Was an overall experience from beginning to end of treatment. Each office staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and will explain in detail what is going to happen and what to expect on next appt. Dr. Koga is the STRAIGHT up bomb in fixing crooked teeth!! Not to mention how friendly she is and she takes time to get to know each patient. Dr. Koga definitely cares about each patient and goes above to make sure each patient has a smile they like. I highly recommend using Dr. Koga!!! We will actually miss seeing her, but I know that the friendship is there and we will drop in when in the area!!!

I must say its by far the best decision I could have made for my daughter and her journey with her braces and her new smile. So far I have nothing to complain about at all. These women know what theyre doing, they get the job done, and the best thing is they are wonderful with the children. Ive even seen many adults that see Dr.Koga and her lovely staff, so that tells me they are all trusted with any age! They do always seem to go above and beyond every time we go there. I wish every place in this world staffed with such nice and friendly people like you can find with Kogo orthodontics! I cant wait to see my daughters transformation whenever we get there. It gives me GREAT peace as a mother and comfort to know that my child is always in good hands here. Honestly when I first found out my daughter needed braces, I was dreading the process and money of fixing her teeth. But now that we have come to know the staff here so well and how they work, I can 100% say that my husband and I gladly pay my daughters monthly "new smile" note every month knowing that this is money and time WELL SPENT!

5 /5 Nichole Duncan: Dr. Koga and her staff are amazing! I wish I could given them a million stars because the service we have received over the past few months is deserving of at least that. If we ever have an issue, they are literally a text away. Im so thankful to Dr. Tuft for recommending this amazing office. Ms. Carol has even met with us after hours to fix a wire...something that technically could have waited until the next day, but Dr. Koga and her staff refuse to let anyone be in discomfort if they can help it. I could go on and on with the NOTHING BUT POSITIVE experiences weve had with this office. I highly recommend using Dr. Koga if you or your child needs an orthodontist.
