Latecia Mba: Highly Dissatisfied! I’ll say this. I called & was quoted $30.00 to get my nails polished w/ gel polish. I was charged $45.00 for receiving a “manicure”. (Remember: I ONLY asked for gel polish on my real nails.) This is not the first nor the second time I’ve been quoted one price and charged another price. I also requested a specific Nail Tech (Kimmy) to be exact & I was guided to another nail tech after repeatedly stating that I scheduled w/ Kimmy. I will not be returning!

Angela Scheich: I have been a customer at Colors for quite some time. I went in last week to get my nails done, and they told me the associate that always helps me, Kay, was no longer there. Kay was always so kind, thorough, and my nails were always done perfectly. I was VERY disappointed with the other associate that helped me last week. She rushed through, didn’t massage the hands before applying color like they have always done, and I had to ask to wash my hands after she filed them down because she was going to apply color directly over all the nail debris after filing! I even had to ask her to please trim down two of the nails that were still very misshapen. She seemed incredibly rushed. She didn’t punch in my customer number at checkout either. I had to ask about that as well. I would always tip Kay incredibly well, because she was so good to her customers. I STILL tipped this other associate, just not as much, even though she did a terrible job. Hate it so much this happened and will not return anymore. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to write one this time because the service was so poor.
