1 /5 Mandy McElfresh: Nothing easy about this dump. Tried to go twice for a new inspection sticker. Went around noon, sign said inspections would start again at 1:00. Went back at 1:00, sign was scratched out and said no inspections until 1:30. These lazy bums aren’t interested in working. Never trying this place again. No service is worse than bad service.

1 /5 larry comeaux: Normally bring all my trucks to dealership for maintenance but decided to give easy automotive a try. I regret that decision. I noticed after they changed my oil that I had a leak of oil in my driveway they next day. Opened the hood and the oil cap was not put back on. Had oil everywhere under my hood. Called and spoke to Renee and he said ok bring the vehicle in and we will order you a new oil cap and clean your vehicle. Then said speak to frank (the guy who changed the oil) and Frank proceeds to tell me I watched him put the oil cap back on. I never go under the hood of my truck so I would have 0 reasons to take my oil cap off and told him I’m not gonna argue about whether he did or did not. Renee then came back on the phone and said he would check the cameras. But to bring it by and get the problem fixed. Needless to say I’ve decided against bringing it back over their and just fix the problem myself because after talking with people that have also brought vehicles over their it seems to be common to have issues with these people.

5 /5 BRANDON FORD: Had a issue with my wifes Jeep her throttle body went out Mr Renae fixed our jeep an is still operating fine another issue came into play while out vehicle was their upon picking up our vehicle their were rat droppings in our car ass well as tears in our passenger seat caused by the rodent their were several other vehicles in the shop when this happened an honestly Mr Renae wasnt totally convinced that it happened in his shop since our vehicle was the only one damaged all in all he decided to do what was right and had my seat reupholstered so in my eyes hes a stand up person running a stand up business Id recommend him for all your automotive needs

1 /5 larissa deal: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The lady at the front desk robbed me of my money. She talked to someone for 30+ mins before I was even seen. The customer service is trash! Definitely would not recommend for any service!!!

1 /5 jtymoney 0117: I dropped my vehicle off expecting an easy a fast fix. The problem was a very simple change. I got told it would be Finnish the same day. Now I can understand things take longer then normal. Every time I call to check on it I get told it’s being worked on. I ask what they doing I get told it’s being worked on. I ask to speak to the mechanic an I get told it’s being worked on. Very strange an abnormal activity. Won’t be bringing any vehicle back here.
