    Brian: I went to speak to the secretary about some particular running boards as an upgrade for my Ram 1500. The staff is great on the computer she showed some parts, but I really needed to see the part in all black, so I can be sure its the exact item I wanna put on my truck. I showed the receptionist the part I wanted on another truck I saved. I just have to come up with half of $1450 so they can gon and order the part. The facility is very clean and comfortable and again great staff. I went to other places before going to Auto Extreme and they could get what I needed and Auto Extreme do so Im ready to make the funds and do my next upgrade to my truck.

    J B: I was a bit skeptical at first, given the aesthetics. But I went with the recommendations I received, and Im extremely happy that I did. My trucks ac was only blowing cool, at best. They found a leak, repaired it, and then replaced the faulty blend door. This was over a 2 week period, in which Id drop off my truck on one day and pick it up the next because I needed it for work. Id highly recommend talking to Michele to see if they can help you if you need automotive repairs.

    Jacob Colonna: I was evacuating Hurricane Laura and had major issues come up with my car. I called Lormands and they answered quickly and told me to bring it right in. I explained my issues and they not only fixed them (at a very reasonable rate) they did so very quickly so I could get back on the road quickly. They also found a problem I didnt know I had and fixed it for me. Every step of the way they communicated with me about the issues, price, and timeline. Cannot recommend this repair shop more.

    Greg M: I brought my car to check wiring for a radar detector and to fix some seat wiring. I got it back the first time and nothing was fixed. It was to expensive to start with because instead of charging a shop job rate that is based on the amount of time it takes a professional to fix the problem, he charges you full price to learn, which takes longer. The problem was with the seat and he was taken apart the door which has nothing to do with the code to troubleshoot the problem and then charges for it. I get the car back and nothing is fixed. I still had problems with the seat and the radar wiring. I noticed that when the seat position is adjusted the seat light would shut off. I brought the car back a few days later and he worked on it again. He got the radar to work but not the seat sensor. When the girl upfront called me, she said everything was fixed. When I got in the car the seat light was still on. They charged me full price and didnt warranty any of the previous work. After charging me twice for the same job, the totall was $1600+ At that price I could have had a new radar installed and the seat actually fixed. I still need to bring the car to a dealership to fix the seat problem. Not worth the money. The thing that bothered me the most is charging twice to fix he same problem

He really goes out of his way to meet our needs and has never tried to scam us. Really good guy.
