4 /5 Chad Galloway: You bring in it early on a Tuesday, they say to bring it in on a Friday (for an issue that is already known and documented). And you wonder how they can fix it on a Friday, they say theyll have it done so you trust them and bring it in on a Friday. They dont look at it until the end of the day, calls you and tells you what you already know and that they cant do the work today. Repeat? You should be truthful and not overestimate yourself and put someone out because of it. As for the service...do they do that?
