5 /5 MzQueen NoOne: I like going to Essence Beauty Supply. The only thing I would change about them is customer service with some of the young ladies that is behind the counter. They dont smile the dont ask questions the majority of the time. They make me feel unwanted at times I guess. My opinion They do not know much about hair.

1 /5 Devyn St. Martin: Sold me a hair product that expires in less than 4 months & refuses to issue a cash refund, only store credit. Owner would not exchange the unopened-products out because they are chemicals. As an honest customer, that spent over $80 on hair products, I feel robbed out of my money! I’ve been supporting this beauty supply company faithfully since 2013, a total of 7+ years, supporting both locations over the years (Grand Caillou and West Park). But, I promise I won’t spend another penny with this company. I’m highly disappointed with the customer service!

5 /5 alexandriaaa’ williams: i recently bought bundles from this store . very nice quality , lasted me from beginning of October till now . and still in great condition . I also wanna point out the courtesy of the employees and not to mention the new management . really great store . highly recommended !

4 /5 Erin LeBoeuf: Items are stacked like little cities yet everything is easy to find. They offer a wide array of makeup, hair products, earrings, wigs/hair, and even apparel. Friendly and informative staff and quick checkout times.
