5 /5 MzQueen NoOne: I like going to Essence Beauty Supply. The only thing I would change about them is customer service with some of the young ladies that is behind the counter. They dont smile the dont ask questions the majority of the time. They make me feel unwanted at times I guess. My opinion They do not know much about hair.

I also wanna point out the courtesy of the employees and not to mention the new management . really great store . highly recommended !
