Zoe did my hair color. I asked for vibrant electric blue and auburn like the picture I brought (& posted here), but MORE VIVID BLUE & I got auburn and GREEN hair. I specifically said I was scared to get my hair done bc the last time I did, the girl dyed it green instead of blue, & my hair was ruined for months. The red/brown does not cover my greys either. Im really sad over my hair. I called the store & tried to see what could be done.. they made an appointment for me, but I was scared my hair was already "full" & nothing else could be done bc I got highlights. The color division would get messed up & I decided not to waste my gas to feel unhappy and uncomfortable. Maybe Ill just stick to the makeup part of the store..
