5 /5 Jasmine Washington: Appointment only nail care means you get a private session. This was a deciding factor for me as i get overwhelmed in larger salons. Speaking of, this is no cheese grater to the foot instantly baby smooth foot experience. I was actually educated about my feet and how to care for them properly. Super important when you spend any amount of time in combat boots! I will be working with Healthier Nail Care long after i have baby smooth feet.

Amber Warren: Went and got my nails done on April 10th,had 3 different men doing my nails, they all seemed like they was still training. it was terrible service it was rushed, my nails were so thick, worst experience ever and the nail salon looked filthy. I had to fix my own nails when I got home had to go and buy a nail file it was absolutely ridiculous. I finally got those ugly things off my fingers first picture is what it looked like after I left second picture is what I did to make them look not so gaudy and chunky. I’m just gonna stick to my nail salon that I usually use which is happy nails on coliseum blvd they never disappoint me picture of my nail that I just got done

Christina Yancy: The worst experience I ever had in a nail shop in my LIFE! I went to get a pedicure! Paid $55 and a $5 tip at 10am Monday morning! Tuesday morning (the next day ) at 10Am all of my gel polish was OFF my toenails! I immediately went back to Pearls & informed them-the lady at front said oh yeah other customers returned as well. The light for the gel nail was not Hot enough- we fix for you- I said well how do I know it won’t happen again if the light wasn’t hot enough? Why waste my time getting down again? She said no we use different light machine- I’m like ok- she never apologized for the inconvenience- I work a 12 hr job, my time is precious and so is my coins! She never ever apologized- and had an I don’t care attitude, later that day she texted a customer who is a friend of mine and talked about me and said I was the one who was rude! (This person referred me there but said to only use 2 people-ONLY) why have a nail shop and only 2 people can do nails there!!! As I was walking out I saw the manager- I told her what happen I told her I understand about the machine. It putting off enough light but the lady inside was rude and unapologetic- I chose to spend my hard earned $60 with your salon for 1 pedicure! She looked down at my feet and said “your toes need another coat” I was flabbergasted - there is no way I’m going back in there for a 3rd time even tho I know she just wanted to make things right- she still knew from looking at my feet that it wasn’t right! But the lady inside felt the need to talk about me with another client on their cell phone as if I wouldn’t be upset about this! Never again!

Jessica Dauzat: Me and my mom have been going here for years. Never have had a bad experience expect today. The manger is usually the one that takes care of me and my mom. Today I told the lady it wasn’t the manger to match my finger nails to my toenails. I had a pedi done here two weeks ago so they had the right color. I even took off my shoe and sock and showed her the color. The shades of pink clash against each other. One is soft pink on my fingernails and my toenails are hot pink. I called and was told it was because I didn’t know the number if my toe nails. The colors could have matched better! But when I asked if I could come back and they would fix it she said you pay! I just don’t think this is right for me to pay again. I will just find another place to go!
