Natalya: I would highly recommend Dr. Thornhill as a dentist to see in person. Recently I had to have a root canal done to one of my teeth which I hate needles. His assistant and him did an amazing job. The tooth had to have some major numbing done to it. They talked to me through the whole process which relieved a lot of my anxiety and they were very gentle. After this was done, Dr. Thornhill called to check on me the next morning which mean’t so much to me. Thanks again for taking great care of me through this process!! Keep up the amazing work Dr. Thornhill and staff!

Anthony Trader: All around its ok. I had to call in 3 weeks after blood work. I had to make an appointment just to get answers. I was told if it isnt life threatening they dont contact. Well, my bad cholesterol was over double of were they would of liked to see it and my good cholesterol was very low........NOT LIFE THREATENING?! Also, my dentist and I came up with a plan, pull all top remaining teeth for a full top plate and bridge the bottom. The bottom extraction was abnormal as far as healing and scarring but he absolutely butchered the two top ones. Took three months to heal right. I actually quit tobacco for this. So I never went back for the remaining top ones to be extracted. Im satisfied with behavioral health for the most part. The pharmacy is on top of things.

They have been given our insurance information and a copy of the card on each visit and still can’t seem to get the correct insurance carrier billed. Can’t say I’m overly impressed with this office.
