1 /5 Phylicia “Fefe”: Very disappointed with service of a quick gel polish the tech messed my nails up and proceed to redo them but was completely lazy about it. The nail shop was not really busy, however I felt rushed.I only stopped at this nail shop because it was close and I needed a polish change for the concert. This picture is from Tuesday 3 days after getting them done. This is so disappointing.

1 /5 kristen ragus: I paid 55 dollars for THE WORST dip I have ever gotten. The nail tech was obviously inexperienced. I would not waste my money at this place again. I sat for almost 2 hours for the worst service. I shouldn’t have had to pay. This place is a rip off. BEWARE.

1 /5 Allison Wicks: I’m not one to leave negative reviews or to judge a places based on their negative reviews really, but I should’ve trusted the low rating on this place. They were able to take me as a walk in on a Saturday morning which is awesome but everything else about my experience there was pretty crappy. The guy who did my mani/pedi seemed nice enough but he pretty much spent the entire time laughing and joking with everyone else who worked there the entire time. At one point a girl sitting behind him nudged him pretty forcefully and he jerked my hand. I didnt make a big deal of it but they definitely made me feel extremely uncomfortable. For the $115 I was charged, I shouldn’t have to come home and scrape the gel nail polish off the sides of my nails and from the side of my foot. At this point I should’ve known better than to trust anyone there to do my brows but I was already there and had spent so much time and money. I asked the girl who did my brows to just clean them up and to please leave them thick and arched. She did leave them thick but she completely removed my arches and they are now uneven. Steer clear of this place!

5 /5 M B: I always enjoy visiting LA nail spa, the ladies always do a great job on my nails, they do the extra little things to make sure you look good and are taken care of. Any time Ive had to wait to be taken they always check up on me consistently until I can be waited on. Theyre very clean and have a nice variety of colors. Also (not pictured) their pedicure services are great as well!

1 /5 Kailyn Davillier: The woman who did my nails used the drill too close to several of my nails and didn’t stop when I told her my nails were bleeding. My pointer finger was so drilled down that within less than 48 hrs my nail has fallen off. I’m never coming back here to spend my money ever. There was no need to rush my refill seeing as there weren’t as many patrons in the salon. Y’all had more than hour left til close. I’m never coming back. Waste of money.
