Judy Parks: I am a cancer patient. I went through 15 rounds of chemo and the staff at Concord knew that. After finishing chemo I had an unexpected infusion based on an issue I was having. I called Concord the early that morning to let them know I was not up to the dental work scheduled for that day. They were anything but understanding or accommodating. They billed me $100 for no service. I guess the person who said they are not so good for the elderly is right. My bills for the service they provided was paid at the time of service.
Heather Smith: Where to start with a review on Dr. Kathleen Engel. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Engel since I was a little girl. Third generation. I had to stop seeing Dr. Engel due to my insurance changing but as soon as I got back in network I went to see her. I felt comfortable and home. She listen to you and go out of her way to make sure every step is okay. That’s so important to me is for a provider to listen to their patient and answer their questions directly. Explain everything in details. Dr. Engel does that compare to other I have seen. I do not feel pressured or uncomfortable. Thank you again Dr. Engel for everything you do.
Linda Pendleton: This is one of the best dentist in town! Very professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. They are down to earth and easy to talk to about all your care. Once Dr. Perkins started her own practice, I followed her from my previous dentist. Her skills and concern for patients was worth the switch!! Amber Guillot: I had some filings replaced and a crown after some decay. I was numbed up quickly and in and out with no discomfort. For someone who is ADHD and gets anxious Tasha helped calm me. Would highly recommend Concord Family Dental. My mother, husband, and daughter all go there as well.

Everyone is very friendly, generous, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Speaking on the phone many times with Treatment Coordinator Kaitlin R. who has great customer service. She has provided me with knowledgeable information regarding recommendations, treatment and financial options as well as gone above and beyond of scheduling my appointment as quickly as possible. Hygienist Darlene and Assistant Carolina made sure I didn’t experience any pains and was comfortable doing the procedure. Upon checking out I FINALLY gotten the chance of meeting Kaitlin R. whom I was talking with on the phone. Everyone gave me the assurance I needed. I’ll DEFINITELY will see you guys again soon. Donald G. Lane: Dr. Coburn and her team are at the cutting-edge of endodontic medicine. She listened intently, took copious x-rays of the problem tooth, performed a physical examination, and spoke in a straightforward and understandable manner, suggesting a course of action to save the tooth. Additionally, her assistant Krista was as professional, kind and caring as Dr. Coburn, constantly putting me at ease during the procedure and afterward.
