1 /5 Kayce W.: NEVER go here, unless you enjoy being ignored and not serviced for almost an hour after being seated in the pedicure chair. They pick and choose which customers they want to service in a timely manner.

1 /5 Kira Carrillo: Never going back. Found an older Max Nails gift card I received for Christmas in 2022. I used it once, had a remaining balance of $20 on it. The guy would not allow me to use my remaining balance. He literally picked it up, looked at it and threw it back down, then took it and threw it away. So, if you’re getting one for someone make sure they know there’s a time limit on it!

5 /5 madelynn moity: I was a walk in, they were already busy but they managed to get me seated as soon as I told them what I wanted. The one that did my nails was AMAZING, always asking me work make sure it was what I wanted. He was very patient and polite, making sure everything was to my liking. I very much enjoyed myself, I love this salon, will definitely be returning soon!

1 /5 Alivia Spice: 100% the absolute worst pedicure i’ve ever gotten anywhere. The lady doing it had a razor sharp fingernail underneath her gloves, and when she was rubbing down the backs of my legs, it was almost as if she was trying to slice my legs open. For the first minute or two, i tolerated it like thinking she didn’t realize it, but then she did it again and looked up at me so I knew she knew what she was doing. I told her to stop and I told the lady next to me I wanted someone else to do my nails because she was hurting me. She then began doing it very gently as if she had done nothing wrong. I was then placed at a table with a man to do my manicure. It takes him all of 14 minutes to do a full manicure and it looks similar to artwork I have seen from a kindergarten . I called the owner outside to try to speak to him and he said he could fix it. I’ve already been here for 2 1/2 hours. He should’ve been inside making sure his employees were doing their jobs instead of outside on his cell phone the whole time. There are only two salons in this community that have a lot of people and I will make sure that everyone in our community knows what Max’s nails did and how they treated me today. Manicures are a TREAT for me so to have spent $90 and have results look this bad really sucks. Not to mention the scratch lines down the back of my calves. I still have half cut cuticles on two of my fingers. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.

1 /5 Heaven Leigh: i am not a person to complain ever. i even left this place a tip, knowing that i didn’t like how my nails looked. i showed the guy working there the pic and he said he could do it. after he finishes my nails & left a hair in one of them, he said “thats the best i can do w that picture”. he was rushing the whole time and my nails were hurting while he did them. i would have been fine w getting solid colored nails if he had told me the picture was too hard to do. but no i ended up paying $70 for these nails and now im stuck w them because i used my nail money on this appointment. here is what i wanted vs what i got for refrence.
