    J.R. Frink: Worst place in town to do any business. Kim treats customers like an inconvenience and Morris is just plain dishonest. I took my Spartan mower there for a warranty issue on the fuel tank. 4 weeks later they installed the wrong tank on my mower after doing everything they could to avoid the repair altogether. When I pointed out that the tank was not correct, I was told that the manufacturer had changed the design and that this was indeed the correct tank. This was a blatant lie. I then gave the owner (Morris) an opportunity to make this right. He agreed, but ten days later had not even ordered the replacement tank. He then stated to me that the tank was on order and he was waiting on it to arrive. This was another lie as Kim did not order the tank until the following day. I finally took my mower to House of Cylces in West Monroe and they had it repaired without any issues in 2 business days.

    Snuff: Hit a deer and tore my passenger fender all up plus front bumper, grill, and lights they did a dang good job can’t even tell it’s ever been hit by something they even fixed my rear tailgate where I backed over a trailer lmao I just don’t have any pictures of it. Other than that I’ll make sure to always use em they were good to me. By the way I’m the silver cateye.

    Leroy Garig: Was charged $230.00 and was not given any information that I had not already known. I had an oil leak that I could not find and a diesel fuel leak around the fuel bowl. I work alot, figured I would pay someone to do the work because I dont have time. I was under the impression he was going to fix the issues as several people recommended him to me. After spending under an hour looking at my truck I was simply told "I will have to do some research as I cant find the oil leak". He then told me all my hoses for my fuel bowl needed to be replaced. I honestly was shocked because I thought he was fixing it not inspecting it. I paid him the $230 thinking it was a deposit for him to do the job but a few hours later asked when he would fix the truck and how much it would cost. Was told he had to quote the price of the hoses. I honestly feel the $230.00 should have covered some sort of repairs. Just not good business. Had I known he was going to charge that I would have never contacted him. I dont see how thats affordable like everyone claims...
