Heather Hellmers: Canceled by h20 last minute and needed to get in ASAP. Wish I would have waited. Showed a picture of what I wanted a beautiful red and blonde and I only got blonde. Cut was wrong too. The only reason I got any red was the color specialist told her to put red after i asked repeatedly. That took 4 hours. Had to go back to have the owner fix my hair. When I asked why they let me leave knowing it was wrong she said everything takes two trips to get it right even constitution workers. Wanted to leave my length and left at least 6 inches cut off. Cant recommend!
