5 /5 Brandon Bennett: I went in as a new patient. I had a consultation about my dental health and took their advice for the SRP. I had Liz for my cleaning and she was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and personable. My visit was quick and pain free. She is hands down the reason that I will be coming back here for all of my dental needs!

1 /5 FRANLISA WILLIAMS: Was misled over the phone as a self pay patient with their Mint plan. Upon booking I was told the plan is $150 and $15 a month and my cleaning would be $60. I’ve never had a cavity, no fill ins and never had a tooth pulled. My teeth are super healthy. They take you to the back get X-rays and impressions see the dentist for a quick 2 min. Then boom here comes the BS, “your cleaning today will be $260”. I’m like excuse me ma’am!!! Is this in addition to the $150 I just paid, she’s like yes. I’m like wow this some expensive cleaning. Please get me out your cute little massage chair and refund me ASAP. The cost wasn’t even justifiable. A complete waste of my time then I was told they couldn’t issue the refund in house, I have to send an email. If you are self pay don’t do it!!!

5 /5 Mark Boyd: I’ve been a patient at Mint dentistry in New Orleans since I’ve moved here just over 6 months ago and needed extensive dental work done. To say I am satisfied as a client/patient wouldn’t do justice to their entire team and the experience I’ve had. From the receptionist being easy to communicate with and very prompt about making sure I get booked in as soon as I walk in the door and booking follow-up appointments before I leave after services. In addition I’ve dealt with two separate dentists and had the best care I’ve ever received. From a root canal, extraction, bridges, and crowns to a deep cleaning all the procedures have been done painlessly and also carefully explained to me as well, so I knew what to expect before they started. I am happy to say that this is the best experience with any dentist that I’ve ever had.

5 /5 Honey Bunn: This place is amazing. It was my first visit and I love love loved the staff here. They’re so friendly and makes sure that they address all of your concerns. I almost didn’t want to leave but I realized that I was at the dentist not the coffee shop lol. My teeth and gums felt the love soon as I sat in the chair.

1 /5 julaya blackmon: Mint Dentistry in New Orleans was the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. My appointment was rescheduled TWICE, completely wasting my time. Then, when I finally got in, they didn’t even do their job properly!! I had to ask why the leftover glue from my braces wasnt removed during my cleaning. And instead of removing it, they just told me I needed to schedule another appointment. They sent me home with dirty teeth. The lack of care, poor scheduling, and overall incompetence are beyond disappointing. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
