Taylor Carroll: I recently visited Madelyn Nail Spa and I couldnt be more thrilled with my experience! I showed the technician two pictures of nail designs I loved, and he managed to combine them perfectly just as I envisioned. The attention to detail and skill displayed was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, the tech made sure to ask me multiple times throughout the appointment if I liked them or wanted to change anything. I left the salon feeling fabulous with my gorgeous nails, and I can confidently say that Madelyn Nail Spa is now my new go-to salon. If youre looking for a place that delivers excellent results and fantastic service, I highly recommend checking them out!

yvette James: Wait was long for a Wednesday but I had nothing planned so I waited. Typical nail spot with typical 3 to 4 workers. The reason I give 5 stars is because the technician actually cared about my feet. I usually get gel polish and I’ve noticed that my nails are always so thin. At other locations they are so rough and want to buff to much! This woman never tried to buff with a machine nor nail buffer and actually told me to use regular polish because the gel is to harsh for my thin nails right now. The drive is out of my way, but I am going to start going because of her.

First things first I scheduled a few days prior for an appointment for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure at 4pm. I got there and was immediately told to quickly pick out my color and to go to my seat. A little rude but ok… I sat for about 25 minutes as she was doing my nails, her 4:30 appointment walked in. She rushed to finish my acrylics like she was running out of time? Then I was told to wash my hands and go to another spot so a different person could paint my nails? I showed the picture that I wanted (a black French tip) and this was done rushed as well. I would also like to add that the color that was done was brown instead of black like I requested. At this point I was so over this experience that I paid and left. I am so disappointed with how I was treated and how horrible my nails were done. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Brooke Ponthier: Ive been going to this Nail salon since 2020 and it was always a good experience until the last couple of visits. The most recent visit (Jan 28, 2025) was a horrible experience. The man who did my nails was constantly on his phone about every 5 minutes and rushed the whole process. Everyone else in the salon was getting the proper experience and treatment. I truly felt like a fool in that building. Also, i almost walked out in the beginning because it took multiple picks to find a color that wasnt out. To top it off the gel polish is already starting to chip off. Never going back again.

The environment here was so comfortable and relaxing, I love it. The prices for nails and toes are reasonable for the quality that they give. This will be my go to spot from now on! :)

Melissa: Walked in and Walked right out. Wanted acrylic full sets for my 2 tween girls for Easter. Asked for costs for different options my girls requested. Nail tech/employee tells me $73 each. ?!?! I said what if we do something more simple, one color, one accent nail, nothing too fancy? And She replies $65..I asked what do the acrylic nails start at. She says, $53 for a full set at minimum. So I thanked her and nicely said we will have to go somewhere else as that is too much for us. Seemed really high as all other salons quoted starting at $37, then you pay for all add ons. For example multiple colors, designs, etc. Thankfully we found a place. Sooo happy I asked for prices ahead of time and shopped around. Sheesh!

Andrea DiBlasi: I received a gel manicure today and the nail tech at the bar seemed to be more concerned with being quick than offering a quality service. I’ve never had a gel manicure take 30 min (including nail removal) in the countless years I’ve had gel. I’m dissatisfied with the end result.
