Worst manicure and manicure experience I have ever had. The lady trimmed off so much of my skin (way more than just cuticle) to where I bled on three fingers. When I asked her to stop, I don’t believe she understood me, and kept going. She poured the worst stinging alcohol over the open wounds without warning me! Now, I have dried blood that she polished right over, under my gel nails. I can’t even get the blood off! Disgusting! Her nail shaping is awful and asymmetrical. Polish application went onto my skin on most of my nails that she didn’t remove. The only thing stopping me from giving one star is that the nails look okay from afar. I will never return.
