5 /5 Samantha Bowers: When I called Northlake Oral & Facial Surgery, I met Karen. She was so comforting as I shared my story with her. She gave me hope that Dr. Brown could help me. I followed her instructions and gathered my medical documents. During this process, I called quite a lot, and by the time I had everything, I had met Denise and Nadia. They both were very kind and patient with me as I struggled to get things in order. Everything was explained to me from the very beginning, and the process of my reconstructive journey was very well supervised. I did need some incouragment a few times. Reaching out to their office, I shared my worries and concerns. Sometimes, just listening to them was all I needed. Other times, they could tell I was upset, and they scheduled for me to visit. I had several visits that I was not charged for. Dr. Brown shared with me that in my case because of my injury and the amount of damage to my upper jaw, the amount of bone grafting that had to be done, an implant was really not an option for me, however my dentist and Dr. Brown agreed I really needed my surgery. Surgery day went well, thank you Nurse Kathy for helping me that day. My journey has a happy ending. My surgery was so successful that my dream came true, I was able to have my implant and my smile restored. When my credit card bill came in, I saw a huge refund. It was from Dr. Browns office. My insurance had gone through.
