I went to AutoZone to get a new alternator and then checked the internet for a garage. I ce upon super tech automotive in lake Charles Louisiana and I. So glad I did!!! They gave me an appointment and a quote for the next morning. When I arrived Chris took my vehicle in right away he had the alternator out in about 5 minutes but Auto zone had given me the wrong part. Frustrated I wanted to cry but Chris contacted auto zone and they brought over the correct part to the shop!! About 15 min later he was done and I was back on the road!!! He was super nice and made what could have been an aweful experience souch better!! Thank you soon much!!!

They called and told me it was going to be $700 more than the quote. After that call I called back A MINUTE LATER and told them I didn’t want them to repair the vehicle. I was told it is too late they already took it apart. BS! Bad business is done here. STAY AWAY

Shirley Hines: Enrique Penny Put a retread tire on my RV. On the front. The tread just came off and by the grace of God we did not wreck so we were not harmed. But you NEVER put a retread on the front of a vehicle. Was put on then the next day this is what happened. Bad for business. They came to us. They want my Debit Card and PIN number to get a tire because we did not have cash. I gave it to them because we were stuck. But a retread or a recap which ever you know it by is never to be put on the front of any vehicle. I will never do dealings with them again.
