    Shirley Hines: Enrique Penny Put a retread tire on my RV. On the front. The tread just came off and by the grace of God we did not wreck so we were not harmed. But you NEVER put a retread on the front of a vehicle. Was put on then the next day this is what happened. Bad for business. They came to us. They want my Debit Card and PIN number to get a tire because we did not have cash. I gave it to them because we were stuck. But a retread or a recap which ever you know it by is never to be put on the front of any vehicle. I will never do dealings with them again.

    Jamison Anderson: Was in Lake Charles from WA State to buy a truck, needed a set of rubber ASAP. These guys fit me in that day, and also fixed a sticky brake caliper. The free drinks in the waiting area is a nice touch. This has to be the freindliest shop Ive ever been to, the guys were great. Wish you were up here in WA as my local.

    Kenneth W: Not very good at all. Terrible communication. Charged me for A/C compressor replacement that I didnt need, but when they found the real problem was actually the control head, there was still no offer to help me out, nor ownership of their initial mistake. Basically paid $1,700 for an oil change and a $200 window regulator replacement. They held the car for a full week (twice). They never once reached out with any information or updates during those 2 separate weeks, and were unable/unwilling to find what is draining my battery. In fact, they told me the battery was bad (It wasnt. The brand new battery that Oreillys gave me as a swap drained the very first night because of the parasitic drain that Quality couldnt find), which ended up causing me to miss even more work. Aside from that, when they replaced the window regulator, they didnt install the anchors that allow the screws under my door handle to fasten to the door frame. My door panel would fall off when I shut the door, so when I brought the car back for them to recheck my same persisting A/C problem, I also asked them to just drive a screw through it anywhere they want so the door panel would stay attached (regardless of cosmetics), but they STILL could not come up with a solution. Im out $1,700, still have no A/C, still have to manually disconnect my battery while working or sleeping, and still have a door panel that comes off when I shut my driver door. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

While traveling, my truck began to smoke and had to be towed to Firestone around 3 a.m. We were understandably stressed, but hopeful we could rely on your team to help. We waited all morning at the location for our 11 a.m. appointment, only to be told that the team could not begin any work until a necessary part arrived. No problem—we understood and decided to wait. Unfortunately, as the entire day passed, no one came to update us. We had to repeatedly go up to the front desk ourselves, only to finally be told—late in the day—that they wouldn’t be able to work on the vehicle at all until the next day. We had wasted the entire day sitting there, and no one had the courtesy or compassion to proactively inform us of the situation. Then, the next day came, and the situation only got worse. We were told they still couldn’t fix it—this time due to a metal obstruction that apparently made the repair impossible. This was extremely frustrating, and again, poorly communicated. This experience was completely unacceptable. We were stranded, stressed, and trying to be patient, but your team showed very little concern for our time or our situation. A simple, timely explanation from staff would have made a difference, but instead, we were left feeling ignored and misled.
