1 /5 Shirley Hines: Enrique Penny Put a retread tire on my RV. On the front. The tread just came off and by the grace of God we did not wreck so we were not harmed. But you NEVER put a retread on the front of a vehicle. Was put on then the next day this is what happened. Bad for business. They came to us. They want my Debit Card and PIN number to get a tire because we did not have cash. I gave it to them because we were stuck. But a retread or a recap which ever you know it by is never to be put on the front of any vehicle. I will never do dealings with them again.

1 /5 Lashanda: Very unprofessional let’s start off by saying I hired this guy to come put a alternator they came after 2 hours it wasn’t the guy on the phone that I spoke to these to guys ain’t no much english so I couldn’t talk to them much they made a call to the man I thought was coming then right after they started working on my car it looks like they ain’t no what to to the tall guy kept having to go in the car an watch videos so finally they got the alternator out he started asking where the new alternator was I said your boss said you was going to have it when you come I said but I can give you the money to go get it 2 blocks away I gave him the money he came right bk ain’t give me no change or receipts okay they put the new alternator on when it was time to pay him I said I owe u 200 when you give me my change an receipt he said no you owe me 140 an I’ll keep the alternator an he kept my receipt I paid him the 140 I then added up I said he shorted me 26 bucks okay cool not a big deal then I seen they left my cover from underneath my car off so I said okay let me text the boss I said hey your guys left my cover from under my car off an they shorted me 26 bucks they boss man looked at my message an didn’t reply back a week later my car has a issue took it to a shop they tell me the pulley wasn’t put back on right so I said okay let me contact they mechanic talk to the mechanic Saturday they said they will come Sunday Sunday come they ain’t answer so I took my car to another shop Monday morning he said that pulley is not on right an that alternator ain’t no good cause it’s supposed to say 12.5 I said okay he said you have the receipt I said no the guys took it he said see if you can get hold to them I called these guys over 20 times no one answered( below is a picture of the pulley that they guy’s messed up an never tried to come fix it .

Came out around 8 that look at it and didnt charge me for the diagnostic test he said ill be bk that morning at 9am never saw figure he had someone ahead of me text him seen he read my text and never respond. Thats the problem I have been having with these mobile ppl.
