The owner is extremely unprofessional and worries more about handing out club flyers and promoting club parties than fixing your vehicle. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle and was never called once to be given an estimate or to let me know what was going with the repairs on my vehicle. I even had to call them to ask if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. What kind of service is that?! How is this place operating as a successful business?! They are terrible...absolutely TERRIBLE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!

jordan broussard: The gentleman had my car for 3 months & didn’t do anything to my vehicle except for doing something I never requested him to do. I had to call him to check on info regarding what’s going with the vehicle. He doesn’t respond until days sometime a week later.& most recently he told me to come pick up my vehicle but due to work I only could make it on my off day. Called his phone 10+ times to get my car no answer..I go to his house he is avoiding me and the neighbor told me he just walked into the home. Some I had to call the police . I got my car towed away from the house and never got my keys back. I highly do not recommend this individual. Ps he does this mechanic work out of his home.

The service was top-notch, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. You could tell they were doing their best under pressure. That said, this location (and probably others) would really benefit from more staff. The current team is doing an amazing job, but they shouldn’t have to carry that kind of load alone. Firestone, if you’re listening: please invest in hiring and supporting these hardworking individuals. They’re the reason customers keep coming back.

Zachary Schleter: Amazing mechanic! Elizabeth (office manager) and Chris (mechanic) are both very helpful and talented at what they do. I brought my 2012 VW Golf here after the VW dealer up the road refused to service it. They identified the issue quickly, even calling around to other places I had my car worked on in the past to determine what services I was behind on so they could try to pinpoint where the issue was. Also, if you like cats, they have a bunch of rescued cats inside their shop, all very friendly!!! Will definitely be bringing my car here for all future services I need.
