1 /5 Stephen: Horrific. Vehicle went in for one thing, they did a lot of other things, but failed to repair the original issue. Now there are other issues that werent there when it was dropped off, and they are telling me I need to take it to the dealer to get those fixed at my expense. Almost two weeks without my vehicle and its still not fixed properly.

5 /5 Abeng Warrior: The manager and staff were very helpful! I drive a dual wheel rear end and they were the only ones who were able and willing to mount and install all 7 tires on my truck. Yes, 7 tires! Figure it out.

2 /5 Lady c CE: Let me just say this the customer service is good but for some strange reason my cousin been having a problem with her truck ever since she bought it there she(me) keeps spending all this money and nothing has changed on her car Im frustrated shes frustrated and she was recommended by someone and thats what makes it even worse she went there for one thing and it always finding something wrong. What bothers me the most is that my cousin truck was not making any noise until she bought it there and thats what she been trying to explain to them but they keep finding other things wrong with her car she just got it out the shop Friday and we still hear the same noise before she put it in something is not adding up and Im pissed off Im her cousin and Im giving her all the money to get her car done something needs to be done before I take further actions this is not Chanda speaking this is her frustrated cousin and another thing I know yall may be saying her truck is old but lets be clear it didnt start making noise until she bought it there at pep boys in chalmette

5 /5 Michelle Riess: Absolutely amazing people working here checked my daughters brake lights we thought were broke but found it was only a loose wire they tightened the wire and didn’t even charge us! Assistant manager and mechanic were friendly as can be and didn’t try to screw us over

Her help and assurance saved our Mardi Gras trip and got us back on our way to SC. Thank you Samantha and to your mechanic for getting us back road worthy!
