Brenda Jenkins: The owner Mr Percy Walker was a very rude upon me asking questions about when could he start working on my vehicle that I purchased from harvest motors. Evidently harvest motors contracts Mr Percy Walker to fix Ill work on their cars. A few things were not repaired upon me purchasing my 2011 Kia Sorento so the repairs were supposed to be repaired by walkers automotive it it took Mr Percy about a month to repair what was supposed to be repaired I dont have all the details on what was repaired by Mr Walker but the brakes wasnt repaired when I bought the car that was supposed to be done so I was questioning him about when he can start working on those the right passenger door wouldnt open after being locked and unlocked I questioned him about that he became enraged telling me that if I couldnt wait for me to take my MF car somewhere else. So after that he finally fixed the brakes the door came later also Hes supposed to replace an antenna on the top of my 2011 Kia Sorento he drove my vehicle to the Kia dealership to get the correct antenna about a month ago so I called him today Mr Percy Walke to inquire if the antenna had came in from Kia car dealership. His son answered the phone and I explained to his son what I needed he told me to hold on upon me holding on he tells his dad that and I quote that lady is calling about a mother FD antenna for that Kia. His son returned to the phone and I told him I wasnt calling about a mother f g Kia Sorento I was calling about an antenna just a plain antenna for the Kia Sorento. He then replied what.. I said never mind Ill call harvest motors. No one should be spoken to in that manner about a job theyre getting paid for but evidently dont want to do.

I was out of there within 30 minutes. They were quick and I didn’t have to wait long. I always dread getting anything done to my car because I always anticipate someone trying to push for me to get other things fixed on my car. They never tried to push any other services on me, and I felt well taken care of! I feel like I can trust them and will return if I need any other services for my car.

The goal of my visit was to simply get whatever I needed fixed however, after speaking to Marlon at services and letting him know I just fixed 2 leaks he respectfully suggested that I considered looking into another car. I was putting more money into my vehicle then needed which was true. After walking around the dealership I was approached by Mailka and Katlyn who both were very helpful in my decision making process. They took the time out to get to know my likes and dislikes and only took me to the vehicles I Would be interested in if I decided to purchase. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy which didn’t stop them from assisting me they both made me feel comfortable and took time to answer all of my questions. In the end I ended up with a new Car that I love and 3 new people I connected with. I honestly could not have asked for better service and I appreciate how everyone in the dealership treated each other as family. ***Add On: Zack for Fiance hooked me up with an amazing warranty and added a service plan that didn’t increase my price. This company from my experience takes care of their customers and I appreciate everyone I worked with.

They fixed my transmission then when my tires were bad after only 6 months (purchased and installed at a different business) they looked at it and told me just how dangerous it was for me to be driving!!! They went EXTREMELY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got my vehicle back in a timely fashion and that it was safe all while lowering my bill from original quote!!! Best guys around hands down!!!
