I talked to Nick who quoted a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and he called a few days later to advise the tires were in. I went in early in the morning and was promptly taken care of. He stated I was also due an oil change. He quoted the price so I took care of this at the same time. After the work was completed he told me of the free tire rotations and the guarantees associated with these tires. I am extremely impressed with the price, the amount of time it took and the offer of service after the sale. I highly recommend Service Tire Pros for your automotive needs. 1 /5 james gribble: I went to service tire Pro with a charging system problem was charged $700 for an alternator after alternator was put on car was still having the same problem went to another mechanic in Moss Bluff and was charged $60 and the problem was fixed and service tire pros still made me pay the $700 and the alternator wasnt the problem all it was was a $60 problem. Mac tire fix my problem for $60 , from now on they will be doing all of my mechanic work should have went there first I was charged $700 and the problem was not fixed

While traveling, my truck began to smoke and had to be towed to Firestone around 3 a.m. We were understandably stressed, but hopeful we could rely on your team to help. We waited all morning at the location for our 11 a.m. appointment, only to be told that the team could not begin any work until a necessary part arrived. No problem—we understood and decided to wait. Unfortunately, as the entire day passed, no one came to update us. We had to repeatedly go up to the front desk ourselves, only to finally be told—late in the day—that they wouldn’t be able to work on the vehicle at all until the next day. We had wasted the entire day sitting there, and no one had the courtesy or compassion to proactively inform us of the situation. Then, the next day came, and the situation only got worse. We were told they still couldn’t fix it—this time due to a metal obstruction that apparently made the repair impossible. This was extremely frustrating, and again, poorly communicated. This experience was completely unacceptable. We were stranded, stressed, and trying to be patient, but your team showed very little concern for our time or our situation. A simple, timely explanation from staff would have made a difference, but instead, we were left feeling ignored and misled.

Jerry Foltz: One review said faith was restored in humanity here. I second that sentiment a thousand times over. Brakes went completely out on my RV as I was 5 hours into a trip. Magically, we basically coasted to this shop during rush hour, called the after hours number, and they met us here. Set us up next to the shop and are confident they can fix it first thing in the morning. Absolute Saints they are. We are so lucky to have not been in a very serious accident, much less having found such terrific people to help is out.
