5 /5 Barbara Quintas: Brought my 2016 GMC Terrain to get it checked out. Dropped it off and got a call a few hours later for the update on the symptoms/guesses I was making on the car. Got a great explanation, and followed through with getting it fixed and appreciated them keeping it overnight for them to double check it in the morning to confirm everything was up to par. Loved the overall experience and will definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

2 /5 nola carpenter: A $200 knife of mine mysteriously went missing from my car while in their care, so technically I paid $800 for an alternator replacement. Decided to throw in two stars because my car runs fine now.

5 /5 Don D.: If you have a auto or truck that needs repairs, Roberts Auto can repair just about anything. I believe their rates are around $100.00 per hour. Also if you pay with your credit card there is a 3% extra charge to you bill for using a credit card.

1 /5 Tredell Celestin: Brought my car here after a previous mechanic messed it up. So when they asked me what was wrong with the car i told them after the previous mechanic changed my wires to my starter my car would not start. They called me a day later telling me all the different things they checked on my car and the last thing they checked so happen to be the Starter wires & they said it was put on upside down and all they had to do was put it in the rite direction. But they charged me for " Everything they so call checked" which came out to $452. It gets worst! ONE day later my car stops working!!!! Called to see if they would come tow it and they said they dont tow so i paid $80 to tow it back so they could look at it. They called me back 2 hours later saying my crankshaft sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Then they said it would be $330 for them to fix and they would wave the fee for the inspection they just did . FOR THE PROBLEM THEY SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! . if they so call checked all these different things. It gets worst!!! so i told them i would be taking my services somewhere else. Brought my car to another shop and he FIXED my car. said their was a wire wrapped around the crank shaft and it did not need replacing. charged me $80 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! ASK AROUND ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
