JCPenney Salon - Alexandria Beverly Rivers: New in town and I needed a haircut. First of all it was about 60 degrees in the salon and I was sitting in the chair shivering. My hair was past my shoulders and I explained to the stylist that I wanted it touching my shoulders because I wanted to get a wave later. I even showed her several pictures of similar styles. I ended up with a flat cut bob two inches above my shoulders with one side shorter than the other. If I get a wave now I’ll have a fuzz ball on top of my head. At one point as she was blow drying my hair, she burned my scalp. When I said it was too hot she turned the dryer to cold to finish my hair which was still damp when I left. I won’t be back.
