Only cares about what they thinks about the nails after expressing problems and leaving unhappy. also, over charged my card for a tip I didn’t select, and then said she would fix it. Was not refunded and added an additional $3 tip to the one that was no refunded.

1 /5 _ beyond: Chairs arent sturdy, they need better chairs, i didnt get anything done, but Everytime I saw someone sit on the bench of chair, it would wiggle and move and they just arent sturdy, I think theyre very old. If youre plus size probably go somewhere else

1 /5 Sierra Broussard: I walked in for an eyebrow wax, asked how long the wait was, I was told 15 minutes, i said i would wait, I waited over 20 minutes, okay thats fine. Another lady walks in and they ask her "eyebrow wax? Go in the chair" so I politely said excuse me Ive been waiting over 20 minutes, they said oh Im sorry I didnt see you go ahead in the chair. Well she does my eyebrows and barely done anything so I ask can she go thinner, she does and asks how I am paying. I tell her cash. She says $10. I ask for change for a $20 and she brings me $7 and tells me its $13 now with tip. I said but you said $10 she says yes but now $13. I was going to tip her but its my own choice to do so not for her to force me to tip her. My mother paid for my eyebrows today this woman had no right to add her own tip to my total. Had she not been so greedy and given me my change Id asked for she wouldve had a bigger tip due to being the person i am.
