Miranda Williamson For the record, I havent had my nails painted for 10+ years, but I decided to take my 8 year old niece to get her nails done. They did a fantastic job. When I showed my nail tech a picture of what I liked, she didnt even hesitate. She helped me pick the best color to match what I wanted and she took her time to get it right. She actually started over on the 1st reindeer 3 times because she wasnt satisfied. I absolutely love them and highly recommend. Nice, clean place.

kayle arey Bina did my manicure and pedicure. She was very nice and had great attention to detail. I showed her a couple different pictures of nails as inspo and let her do her thing and she did amazing! Lila did my eyebrows and per usual, she did amazing. By far the best person to do eyebrows in Harrisonburg.

Madeiline Newbanks 10 out of 10 would recommend they actually take their time and make sure youre getting exactly what you want without being shady or expensive on pricing. Legit best and longest pedicure Ive had in town and Ive been to almost every shop in the past few years. I normally dont leave reviews but this shop deserves it!

Irina Mitityuk Lika does such a wonderful and amazing job! She pays attention to detail and makes sure your nails come out perfectly. From my first visit, she transformed my nails and I will always keep returning. Manicure lasts over 3 weeks. She is super nice and very easy to talk to but also very professional. Very clean. You will be pampered. I highly recommend her!

jendaya barber I went to Lees Nail Spa 10/4/21. I asked for a full gel nail set with french tips and a few stones on each ring finger. The work done on my nails was chunky not smooth at all. Was dissatisfied with the final product. I reached out to the salon and spoke to them asking for a partial refund. I was charged ¿90 and was unhappy.Im writing this to let the community know be very aware before you go to Lees and are over charged and unhappy.

Megan Smith I got a full set with acrylics. The lady who did them was so sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted, asking often if they were to my liking. She even gave me a free moisturizer that happened to be the name of the color I chose (pomegranate). They’re absolutely perfect!! Great, warm and friendly place. I’ll definitely be back!

Jamie Waterfield Everybody was very nice. But they did not do a very good job at removing my fake nails. It took around an hour and a half (normally takes 15-30 minutes), and the fake nails are literally still on - just sanded back to appear removed from some angles. There are still very clear hunks of plastic on top of my natural nails. I brought this up the first time they said the job was done. They then spent about 10 minutes attempting to fix it. I did not repeat what I said a second time, and elected to just fix it at home instead.

Sophia I had an appointment and was seated as soon as i walked in. My nail tech was Holly and she did an amazing job (see photos) It’s my first time getting acrylics in the harrisonburg area so i was really nervous since i’ve heard many mixed reviews about other places. I showed her my reference photo and she did not fall short at all! Shape, length, art, everything was how I wanted it. Definitely will be returning!

Glory Yoani This is one of the best nail salons Ive gone to in a VERY long time. My technician Dee was friendly and playful which is very unusual. And her work was really good. I Got a pedicure and loved the results. When I got the massage I loved every second of it. Dee has magic hands. She shaped my nails nicely and applied the color perfectly. Loved how it turned out. I highly recommend this place! Just make sure you make an appointment before walking in bc this place is booked and busy... wish I could have gotten my fingernails done but there wasnt availability. Sure will be going back!

Courtney Daniels Very nice shop and nice people but my Gel polish came off multiple toes within 3 days. I paid $45 for a pedicure but my feet still were rough and toe nails very sharp. Called to have it fixed and they would only repaint my toe nails but not fix the entire problem. Doesn’t offer any sort of refund either. I have had way better for cheaper elsewhere.

Samantha Lamarca Had the most amazing pedicure. Super nice staff. And great prices. I live 2 hours away, but here visiting family, and I will be returning for my next pedicure. 10 stars all the way

Reasonably priced for regular pedicure and gel manicure, didn’t push me for any extras I didn’t ask for which was definitely refreshing after being at other nail salons. My stylist was nice, helpful, and had great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back.

Anne Kennedy Everyone here is friendly! Amazing Nails isnt the fanciest place Ive been, but Its clean and comfortable. Most of all, they live up to their name! David does a beautiful job with my pink and white gel nails, which can be tough since I keep them pretty short. They do fantastic pedicures in comfy massage chairs, and Ive seen some amazing nail art in process while waiting. They do take walk ins but theyre popular so its a good idea to get an appointment or at least call ahead!

Collette Hansen I’ve gone here for a year and they are the best! One of the girls that did my nails really takes her time and she goes back through her work constantly and seems to be a perfectionist when it comes to doing nails, which is rare in this world! Absolutely love them!

Briana Garcia in way too much of a rush, failure to listen to the customer, originally asked for a french then proceeded to paint my nails full red due to lack of communication in staff. never reverified what i was getting. my sister asked for a french tip got her french tip asked for the paint to not be so thick and bloby and instead of taking some of the paint off they continue to cut her nails shorter after she asked them not to. i’ve never had an experience like i did coming in here today.

Angelina Bondaruk I had gotten my nails retouched at Madison’s and Crystal did an amazing job!! Though they were very simple, and I just needed a fill and color change, she went through the trouble on reshaping them to compliment my hands more! They look completely different than when I got them done elsewhere beforehand. I’m absolutely OBSESSED with them and will definitely be coming back. She was super kind and sweet and took her time making sure they all looked good! 10/10 recommend.

Faith Woodward Edit: As a regular, I debated on even saying anything, but after the lack of professionalism I witnessed today I will start taking my business elsewhere. In the middle of my manicure, two of the employees started arguing with each other while both were working on clients. I figured it would blow over since its a family-run business and the owner always prides himself on professionalism and quality of work. After nearly 5 full minutes of the two arguing, it escalated even further with yelling, finger pointing, etc. Other employees starting getting involved in the yelling, too. meanwhile, I am essentially trapped there with my nails getting furiously done by the employee, who was raging; I felt her shaking and the pressure she was applying while filing my nails was rough. She tried to remain as professional as she could for someone yelling, but I felt so incredibly uncomfortable. I didnt feel it was my place to ask them to literally wait till no customers were in their store but they didnt have the decency to think about that. By the time my manicure was done (yes, this argument was going on and off for an hour), the two were STILL yelling at one another, even more aggressively. As I said, Ive been loyal to them since august, coming in routinely every 3 weeks, giving them hundreds of my own dollars. All I expect as a customer is good quality nails and a somewhat (???) relaxing experience. After that display I dont think Ill ever go there again, which is sad because Ive loved my manicures the last few times Ive gone. There are just too many salons in Harrisonburg to choose from and Id rather give my money to folks that dont scream at each other in front of customers. ---- I used Madison nails for the first time get her dip powder and I am SO pleased. Quickest and best job I ever got! The nail tech did an amazing job shaping my nails and after 2 weeks they havent cracked or chipped, which Ive never experienced. Ill be going back to them as a regular for sure! Crystal is my go to!

Jamie Higgins My son and I went yesterday to get his first manicure. The staff was very attentive, the place was super clean, and the service was impeccable, not to mention, I LOVE the JMU themed purple and gold decor and the owners are huge Dukes fans too (one, even a previous student!) Sue Leigh did my manicure and really took her time and paid attention to detail. Tony did my sons which was a great first time experience for him. We were both extremely happy when leaving. We are from Virginia Beach but anytime we are visiting Harrisonburg, or doing a pick up or drop off at JMU, I will definitely be sure to pay them a visit to get a service done! It is worth it and they even gave my son a student discount!! The location is perfect, right on Port Republic! Thanks you guys!!!

Julia Verba Absolutely the best nail spa I have tried in the Shenandoah valley. Clean, modern, calm. They are always ready for me at my appointment time…never running behind. I appreciate the automated appointment reminders! My pedicures are always with Vy. She is awesome. But, my husband has had appointments with a variety of the staff and is never disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!

Arin Crummett Great place! Lynn did so good on my gel French Tips! Salon is super clean. They don’t take many walk-ins so you don’t have to worry about your tech not being able to see you at your appointed time.

Marina Monako I went and got a gel pedicure yesterday evening. When I got home I noticed how horrible of a job the nail technician did with painting my nails. She missed so much of my nail they look like they grew out already. I definitely do not recommend going to this salon and it’s definitely not worth the money I paid for them. This is also not the first time that this happened to me at this salon.

Sabrina Sonifrank My self and two other friends went together to get pedicures for my birthday. The stay were very friendly and welcoming. We all three did Gel Spa Pedicures. They have a large selection of polish options. The equipment is all new and looks to be well maintained and kept clean. They use liners in the foot tub and new tools per person. They take their time and provided a very relaxing experience.

I got gel builder, and it’s hands down the best set I’ve ever had—the shape, durability, and finish are absolutely perfect.
