1 /5 Brian Banks: I was very disappointed to learn that after I got auto insurance through this company I received a letter from progressive staying that they did not receive a garaging adress (the address listed on my license). When I asked api what happened I was told that they must not have received the copy of my license that they wetter supposed to have sent. Two days ago I receive a letter from progressive staying that my insurance was terminated because of the lack of a garaging adress. When asked, api did not claim responsibility, instead pushed me off on progressive and basically said I was on my own. Im very upset with a.p.i. If the DMV charges me for the lack of insurance, then Im calling my lawyer, and I will go to court.

Beverly Aubrey: I would give a lower score if possible. I am an Agent from another Agency. I wrote a policy for one of Kevins former customers to help lower her monthly premium. When that customer called him to cancel her policy with him, he proceeded to tell her that the policy I had written wasn’t what is required by her Mortgage Company. I contacted her mortgage company to make sure they were satisfied with the policy I had written and then contacted Kevin to ask what my customer needed to do to cancel her policy with his Agency. After he hung up on me angrily, I called him back and he began by questioning my authority in writing his customer the policy and then went so far as threatening to come “see” me after I asked why he would not help the customer and do what she requested! He even said he was gonna come “see” me on Friday! So, after he hung up he contacted my customer who would not answer his calls. He then sent her the below text!!! Mr Kevin Walpole, I’ll be at my office waiting for you along with the Bossier Sheriffs Department. You are being reported to the Louisiana Insurance Commissioners Office as well. You do not make threats to people and not expect recourse. You sir are highly unprofessional and a horrible example of a human!! 5:18 text message Ill cancel this policy. Matters not to me. That rude lady does not know a thing about the insurance business. If you want acv on your home its ok with me. Just text me to cancel. By the way whomever you spoke with at the bank is completely wrong. Tell your friend ill see her later Tell me to cancel policy Dont wan you no more

Yall sheer disregard for any levels of customer service, organization and I met the agency owner while trying to pay. I dont know a great insurance or bank, but I do know predators & predatory feelings. A UDAAP filing needs to take place here to identity if these elders are paying more than theyll ever receive. Kemper Life is how its titles but Ive known of Union National since I was a child and the insurance man would come by for payments. Paying online is impossible and paying by phone is an option but I cant imagine if there are fees or lack of concern for privacy when account numbers are given. I had tone thrown at me that I didnt care for which prompted me to bring up a return phone call that didnt happen on Tuesday (its Thursday). Come to find out, I was given unfilled words by the Son but the Dad was the person I was incorrectly addressing in the office. Dad called the son and the son actually owned he didnt call back. I apologized for my misspoken error. In summary, I do not recommend. Lets not abuse our own people or have a hint of impropriety of doing so.
