LILLY Broussard I have been going to Sky Nails for almost 3 years now and the customer service is top tier. Im always greeted with a smile and acknowledged. Manicures and pedicures are also beautiful. I receive MANY compliments on my Nails as the designs and various new colors are beautiful and trendy. The shop has undergone renovations and the ambiance is wonderful and beautiful. My nail tech is also experienced in ombre eyebrow shading. I received this service a while back and I must say, she did an amazing job. If you want a one stop shops manicure, pedicure (theres a WIDE variety of luxury packages for peds), ombre eyebrows, or waxing-this is the place! Check them out!

Malissa Thomas I’ve been coming here for years, but my last few experiences have been horrible. I’m not going to lie but I think this crew is new here because I haven’t seen the lady that usually does my services. Anyway, I still kept giving these new people a chance and something within my services were always messed up and they would have to fix it, even regular French tip nails. So while I’m writing this review I take accountability because I knew before I came they were inexperienced in the beauty industry or they just don’t care. Today, I called before I came to get info about their eye brow services. They said yes they do wax eyebrows and I specifically asked how much, I was told $10. Okay, cool I’m my way. Get here eyebrows waxed and she hands me the mirror, I looked and I aske why my right eyebrow looked the way it did. The lady doing service, pretends to fix it and tells me I’m done. Okay, whatever. I go to bathroom. Go to the register to pay, she tells me $12. I said when called you said $10, if it is $12 when paying with a debit card you should inform customers when they ask because what if I didn’t have the $2 but I paid and walked out. I get in my car in the light and my eyebrows are horrible and I want to scream, I calmly go back into the building and tell the who serviced me my eyebrows are not done right. She starts yelling at me and saying what do you want me to do about that?! Now I’m still trying to keep my composure because I’m trying to understand who she’s hollering at. I told her I’m not yelling and talking crazy to you, your not about to do it to me. I then tell her the next thing that comes out of her mouth it better be respectful. She then in my face continued to yell at me, I didn’t even understand what she was saying. So to make this long as story a little shorter, I’ll wrap it with what I was told, I left and there’s nothing they could do, mind you I came to my car and looked in the mirror and went back in. At the end of the day, they are disrespectful and they don’t know how to communicate with customers that are unhappy with their service. I’m very disappointed because I’ve been coming to this place for over 4 years. I hate when they switch the people at nail shops.

Lynette Alzire (ZigZagZiggity) This has been my favorite nail spot for YEARS. The staff is so sweet, the customer service is great, and they always get me in and out without taking up my whole day. Highly recommend.
