2 /5 Janece Riser Francis: This is not a place where you can sit and relax to get your nails done. I had to watch them like a hawk to get decent work. Their skill level on a simple set is nonexistent. Had to go back to get them completely redone the next day. They were hilly, bumpy and inconsistent. Went back a week later to change the polish. I had to ask the lady to allow someone else to do it. Looked like a elementary student was polishing them. They tried to make it better but still NOT going back. This is the result after 10 days.

2 /5 SUNRAE SUNSH9: I really wanted to like this place. I waited 2 hours.close to 3 they only had 3 nail techs. A lady did my toes she half did them just pretended to use the tools. Nails were a hot mess! Bad! Bolki fat uneven not shape correctly I wanted square she gave me square round. Acrylic lay was unevenly laid. She would make a really fat acrylic bead then small bead I guess to fill in the spots she missed. I was very unsatisfied I can’t go in for a refund until Monday they closed on Sundays.

1 /5 lexi: i went in at about 10:55 am and said good morning. i sat and waited until 11:40 then left because i was not greeted even once. there were two workers and two people doing their nails and two people getting pedicures. i was patient and didn’t complain, just was on a tight schedule so i left.

1 /5 Sara Bee: I brought my niece to get her nails done. We literally sat there for over an hour without being acknowledged or greeted. The nail techs were doing two people at one time. Finally, we thought she was next but instead of calling her, the nail tech decided to stay on one person and didn’t care that we were waiting. Customer service is bad. They do not value your business and they are below average. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

1 /5 Deandrea Zeno: They are very bad at shaping nails and making sure they are all even and shaped the same , I had to tell them fix my nails they had crooked . If you want perfection this is not the place at all. It was my first time visiting and I will never step foot back in their door. If nails is what you enjoy doing then you should make sure that your customers are satisfied period point blank. Now a days people just doing it for money and not the enjoyment. Getting a pedicure there was horrible uncomfortable at its best the back of my foot was in pain as she was trying to take excess skin from the bottom of my foot I just know they are not receiving my service again
