I gave him my ideas and requirements and not only did he make a gorgeous ring that is, for me, the most beautiful piece of jewelry I now own, he also communicated with me throughout the entire creation process. He sent me sketches, pictures of the molds being created, pictures of the ring being shaped, stones for me to choose from, etc. It was an amazing process to witness and the product nets me tons of compliments.

5 /5 shantel: brought a ring to him to be resized for a 3rd quote, Mr Grayson explained the process and labor and still quoted 100 less than everywhere else but his knowledge of what he was doing and quality of what a jeweler should bring left us to having the only choice but to go with him because I fully trusted his expertise, knowledge and seeing his craftsmanship i dont think Ill go anywhere else im excited to have him design our band once we are married to match the ring set ! will update reviews after its ready. excited to see his work

Are you kidding? its a 6mm halo pendant they already sell on their site. I am not impressed will never ever use their CAD overpriced service ever again.

That broke 2 days later his remedy was to color a used silver yellowish clasp with a sharpy to make it black. then told me no one will see it and when I said is this really how u going to fix this for one of your loyal customers.. he then gave me the bird and yelled at me and told me security was going to have me removed from the facility ...I wish I could take a picture and post it because my necklace and pendant are black chrome Masonic pieces and he put some girl flower silversh yellowish clasp on it... MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IN THE MALL....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS ... TREASURES A COUPLE KEYASS OVER HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS ALWAYS WANT TO HELP ....AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX MY PROBLEM FROM A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORE ... AND TREASURES PRICES AND QUAILITY ARE MUCH BETTER. MY RECOMENDATION IS NEVER GO TO THE SCAM ARTIS AT GOLD CENTER ....
