Vann V I drove all the way from Houston. My diamond studs are beautiful but they are 2 different pairs. You can clearly see one looks smaller than the other. I received a thick bezel stud and a thin bezel stud. Still have not heard back 2 weeks later. Overall I would purchase again due to the prices but I definitely have to make sure I triple check my order.

The Nothingmuse I wanted a custom ring made based on another design Grayson had done. I gave him my ideas and requirements and not only did he make a gorgeous ring that is, for me, the most beautiful piece of jewelry I now own, he also communicated with me throughout the entire creation process. He sent me sketches, pictures of the molds being created, pictures of the ring being shaped, stones for me to choose from, etc. It was an amazing process to witness and the product nets me tons of compliments.

Monica Galfre I am so frustrated with the CAD department, on my last cad they lost my stones and today to make a simple halo pendant they charged $340.39 cad cam fee plus $99 plus $150 sketch fee. Are you kidding? its a 6mm halo pendant they already sell on their site. I am not impressed will never ever use their CAD overpriced service ever again.
