1 /5 haleigh harris: absolutely horrible. do not answer calls, i’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. Sent a check with my name spelt wrong after multiple voicemails to change it since they weren’t answering my calls. it’s been months since my vehicle has been wrecked and i still can’t get them to release my vehicle to me so i can get it fixed. my car isn’t even totaled and still no answer at all. incredibly frustrated with this company and suggest NO ONE, EVER work with them. was on hold for 2 hours.

She confirmed with me that she will call to let me know the results of my situation and the very next morning she called and assure me the information that I needed. Loletha Butler: I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didnt look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..
