Like I wasn’t just a customer, but part of the family. Ali and Ms. Ann were absolutely incredible. They were so patient, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted. I showed them a few inspiration photos and shared the story behind why this was so special to me, and they brought it to life in a way that honestly left me speechless. The pendant is everything I hoped for, it’s elegant and the way the diamonds sparkle is unreal. But what stood out even more was the genuine care they showed throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and celebrated with me when I saw the final piece. I gave him my ideas and requirements and not only did he make a gorgeous ring that is, for me, the most beautiful piece of jewelry I now own, he also communicated with me throughout the entire creation process. He sent me sketches, pictures of the molds being created, pictures of the ring being shaped, stones for me to choose from, etc. It was an amazing process to witness and the product nets me tons of compliments.
