5 /5 Jane Frye: In March of 2025, I joined Sage Community Fitness. I was the 10th to join and still hold the status of being the “most senior” member! I really can’t say enough good things about Sage. You are welcomed and encouraged by our coaches, Mark and Brooke, as well as, other members of Sage.
The benefits that I have received are increased muscle tone, more strength and endurance. It’s so important to stay strong as we age to keep strong bones and muscles, to prevent falls and broken bones.
There is a class for every age and fitness level.
