2 /5 Noah Parbhoo: Customer service was rude and rushed, practically ignored our complaints for our ring which was messed up because of them. After which they tried to charge us to fix something they messed up. Then they "cleaned" our ring for free. How kind. It was exactly the same, same blemishes and spots. Will not be coming back, very disappointed.

1 /5 Lisa Mouton: Very disappointed I have purchased at WS Nacol multiple times but will Never walk in there again I purchased a pair of earrings for $150 & when I tried to put them on one of them wouldn’t close in the back & bent while I was trying. The guy was very nice when I walked in & said oh they probably defective would u like to return them I said yes then he said “if u would like we can fix them “ I agreed. So the other salesgirl comes & said these are damaged, blaming me & said you could have closed the the box that they came in on the earring. I said No I did not I would have noticed. Anyway, to make things short, she was trying to blame me for damaging them when I never even wore them just tried to put them on . Sure will tell family & friends not to shop there ☹️. UPDATE- Lost the defective earring $150 down the drain. Could have just gave me another pair!!

Ended up learning so much from the jeweler and found a new love for this store. She treated both my wife and I with so much respect and helped her find the best deal on the absolute perfect ring to fit her style. We are both thrilled with it. Highly recommend!

I gave him my ideas and requirements and not only did he make a gorgeous ring that is, for me, the most beautiful piece of jewelry I now own, he also communicated with me throughout the entire creation process. He sent me sketches, pictures of the molds being created, pictures of the ring being shaped, stones for me to choose from, etc. It was an amazing process to witness and the product nets me tons of compliments.

I received a thick bezel stud and a thin bezel stud. Still have not heard back 2 weeks later. Overall I would purchase again due to the prices but I definitely have to make sure I triple check my order.
