He does his best to get you in and out especially for simple repairs like breaks etc. On more complicated repairs it takes a little longer but he I s very good and reasonable. Besides he is very nice to deal with honest and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend him

He explained everything throughout the entire process and truly had our best intentions. Fair pricing, always my go to place when I have any issues with my vehicles , whether it be a flat tire or major repairs! This issue was GM , wanted $1200 each for a new HID headlamp assembly (none in stock and no labor in estimate) called Rock and he said to change both (not one) to LED at a fraction of the cost! Again he is very knowledgeable and is always looking out for his customers.

They are a treasure. I think they might take walk-ins but theyre usually booked out a week or more so might be best to call and check.

The Jtrain I have a 2011 Silverado which broke down in summer of 2020. Oil pump on the old engine went out and the engine had 302000 miles on it. So we decided to just replace the entire motor as a whole and bought an identical used 4.8 Liter V8 vortec with 75000 on it. Had my transmission rebuilt at acorn transmission repair and then for about a year the truck just sat in my shop because I couldn’t find anyone to help me install the motor and transmission. So once I had the money saved up, I started looking around for automotive shops and I found this one not knowing anything about it. So I called up and told them what I needed done and they gave me a quote and soon after that I had my truck towed up there with all my parts. Maybe about a week passed before they got the truck in there and got to work on it. And then about another week went by and it was ready. Haven’t had ANY problems at all so far. I had a check engine light come on but I just took it up and they diagnosed it quickly for me and I told them I would be back in the future to get that minor repair done. I would recommend them to anyone. And anytime I need anything major done to my truck, I will be going to this shop. The staff is friendly, honest, and hard working and I really appreciate the work they did for me. Thank you Northshore automotive.

Charles White Had a Toyota Camry towed there. They kept it over three day and then quoted $1000 to replace a $120 radiator. When told we wont pay that they charged $300 for the diagnosis!

Liam Ordoyne Car craft did a phenomenal job with my vehicle. I was sent here after an accident, and they were very prompt with the repairs. They maintained constant communication with me and offered timely updates on when the car would be finished. Now, the car looks good as new!

Paul Jackson My Ram truck was sideswiped by a hit and run driver. It had $14,000 damage. Carcraft repaired all the damage and I swear it looks like new!!! They did a job beyond my expectations. Im completely satisfied.

Charles Franklin Had ac completely replaced at 1150 dollars and it crapped out in a couple days, brought it back and he fixed it but after a couple days it seems to be crapping out again. Gonna have to take it back again. The owner and lady at the desk are very nice and helpful but dont know about the mechanic doing the work.

O F This place is GREAT! This owner Josh and his asst KIm saved my a!@#$! I just move into Covington area when one morning the power steering went out on my 2020 BMW with 43000 miles on it. I thought I was having a stroke...but lucky for me it was the power steering. well I called the only BMW dealer in the area which was 30 miles away in NOLA. ( I dont need to say their name) but they not only wanted to charge me 10k plus but said my warranty had expired 2 days prior an that they could not make an exception. I was floored. So I looked up certified bmw repair shops n the area and Josh answered the phone .....he was nothing but helpful from that point on. So was KIM ....they not only made many calls trying to find the lowest price steering column to replace in my car but did it over the Christmas and New Years holiday season. The fixed it for a fraction of the cost.! dont get me wrong it was NOT CHEAP but they were there for me and got the job done. They work, so answering the phone or getting back to you is a challenge for them. they are a small shop and like I said are working on your car...so call them and KIM will be ther for you. If you have a BMW and need work call Euro Tech. Ask for KIM, NOT JOSH...he is working 24/7 and really wants to satisfy his clients....they are a great team.
