5 /5 O F: This place is GREAT! This owner Josh and his asst KIm saved my a!@#$! I just move into Covington area when one morning the power steering went out on my 2020 BMW with 43000 miles on it. I thought I was having a stroke...but lucky for me it was the power steering. well I called the only BMW dealer in the area which was 30 miles away in NOLA. ( I dont need to say their name) but they not only wanted to charge me 10k plus but said my warranty had expired 2 days prior an that they could not make an exception. I was floored. So I looked up certified bmw repair shops n the area and Josh answered the phone .....he was nothing but helpful from that point on. So was KIM ....they not only made many calls trying to find the lowest price steering column to replace in my car but did it over the Christmas and New Years holiday season. The fixed it for a fraction of the cost.! dont get me wrong it was NOT CHEAP but they were there for me and got the job done. They work, so answering the phone or getting back to you is a challenge for them. they are a small shop and like I said are working on your car...so call them and KIM will be ther for you. If you have a BMW and need work call Euro Tech. Ask for KIM, NOT JOSH...he is working 24/7 and really wants to satisfy his clients....they are a great team. I was out and back on the road within 30 minutes, allowing me to get to my destination on time. The staff were chill and great to talk to. They have cookies too!
