I initially went in, thinking that my brake pads needed to be changed due to a loud squealing noise. Louis was incredibly transparent and honest, informing me that the brake pads were actually fine and explaining the real cause of the squeal. He provided a simple solution to the issue at no charge. Additionally, Louis spent a couple of hours diagnosing an internal chirping noise that I had been hearing inside my car while driving for years. Despite spending over $1000 at the dealership for various parts to be replaced, the chirping persisted. They called and told me it was going to be $700 more than the quote. After that call I called back A MINUTE LATER and told them I didn’t want them to repair the vehicle. J Brown Terrrible service and overrated, I went to them because of a burnt fuel pump fuse wire, that wouldn’t allow my vehicle to start, they charged me $1000 to put in a $45 fuse relocation wire, claiming they had to reprogram fuel pump, the dealership stated that was ridiculous! but I was in a bind and needed my vehicle for work, I’ll never use them again! Stay away from this place, research on your own and call around, but avoid these folks over there at Mark’s Master Mechanics, the only thing they’re a master at is their high billing practices on people who desperately need there vehicles!

Brenda Jenkins The owner Mr Percy Walker was a very rude upon me asking questions about when could he start working on my vehicle that I purchased from harvest motors. Evidently harvest motors contracts Mr Percy Walker to fix Ill work on their cars. A few things were not repaired upon me purchasing my 2011 Kia Sorento so the repairs were supposed to be repaired by walkers automotive it it took Mr Percy about a month to repair what was supposed to be repaired I dont have all the details on what was repaired by Mr Walker but the brakes wasnt repaired when I bought the car that was supposed to be done so I was questioning him about when he can start working on those the right passenger door wouldnt open after being locked and unlocked I questioned him about that he became enraged telling me that if I couldnt wait for me to take my MF car somewhere else. So after that he finally fixed the brakes the door came later also Hes supposed to replace an antenna on the top of my 2011 Kia Sorento he drove my vehicle to the Kia dealership to get the correct antenna about a month ago so I called him today Mr Percy Walke to inquire if the antenna had came in from Kia car dealership. His son answered the phone and I explained to his son what I needed he told me to hold on upon me holding on he tells his dad that and I quote that lady is calling about a mother FD antenna for that Kia. His son returned to the phone and I told him I wasnt calling about a mother f g Kia Sorento I was calling about an antenna just a plain antenna for the Kia Sorento. He then replied what.. I said never mind Ill call harvest motors. No one should be spoken to in that manner about a job theyre getting paid for but evidently dont want to do.

Ended up being the alternator, but owner was able to get it fixed Monday, at a very fair price, & we were finally able to get home. Thanks, Frogs!!! I Hope nobody breaks down in Lake Charles, but if you do... Frogs is the place! I would highly recommend Jeremy, they guy with Briley’s, who towed us too. Most fabulous people, all around!!!

He looked over my car and assessed that there was no major damage to the underbody and that it was safe to drive. He did not charge me for his time. Thanks to Jerome I was able to complete my cross country trip.

Kenneth W Not very good at all. Terrible communication. Charged me for A/C compressor replacement that I didnt need, but when they found the real problem was actually the control head, there was still no offer to help me out, nor ownership of their initial mistake. Basically paid $1,700 for an oil change and a $200 window regulator replacement. They held the car for a full week (twice). They never once reached out with any information or updates during those 2 separate weeks, and were unable/unwilling to find what is draining my battery. In fact, they told me the battery was bad (It wasnt. The brand new battery that Oreillys gave me as a swap drained the very first night because of the parasitic drain that Quality couldnt find), which ended up causing me to miss even more work. Aside from that, when they replaced the window regulator, they didnt install the anchors that allow the screws under my door handle to fasten to the door frame. My door panel would fall off when I shut the door, so when I brought the car back for them to recheck my same persisting A/C problem, I also asked them to just drive a screw through it anywhere they want so the door panel would stay attached (regardless of cosmetics), but they STILL could not come up with a solution. Im out $1,700, still have no A/C, still have to manually disconnect my battery while working or sleeping, and still have a door panel that comes off when I shut my driver door. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Damien Pevy So 3 years ago I took my truck to these guys. It made it 1 year and broke again. Took it back right before the warranty expired. So decided just to do it my self this time. So this time burnt friction plates and backed out torque converter bolts. I gave them 3 stars because at least it lasted 2 years after the 2nd rebuild.

Romon Martin This guy Curtis is a terrible person he recked my jaguar on a test drive and said hes not responsible I took him to court and won my case and he still have not paid me my money. Dont trust him hes a terrible mechanic if that even the proper title to give him .
