Tammie Beekman I can not saying enough about how thankful I am for B-N-L! A series of unfortunate events, ( driving home back to Texas, the only exit that was exactly how far my tire lasted until it went completely flat) a flat tire that could not be repaired and a new one had to be ordered , because my car takes a size not normally carried. (my luck) and they took care of it all and fast! I have never experienced such kindness and willingness to help! Thank you again for everything and getting me back on the road !

Meagan Walker Hes drunk, annoying and makes me overwhelmed after 10 mins of talking to the guy. Hes just a wannabe "The Don" who thinks hes a big shot and "helps everyone" by offering them work but never being reliable enough to work for. Hes just unreliable and a very unprofessional person. I wouldnt want to have my child use the facilities in his shop let alone my elderly family members. The shop is disgusting, ashes everywhere, broken roof tiles, trashy and gross. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

Ardreva My experience was absolutely awful! They had my car for a week, never called to tell me anything, I always had to call them. I was never given a definitive answer as to what was wrong. I explained to Pete, that the car would start shaking in the front sometimes when I accelerated. He told me that I wouldnt hear something that day from them, NO CALL! That was a Thursday when I dropped it off. Monday I called & explained my frustration about not receiving a call Thursday, which is what I was told. So, now he tells me that I needed a tune up. I explained that it just had a tune up the week before. Pete says, well check it out again. Its Wednesday now & Im really disappointed! I called Wednesday, now he tells me that my motor is gone! I told him that Ill pick it up tomorrow. I get there & my car is parked in the back behind a fence. He didnt even have the decency to bring the car around, PETE ASKED ME IF I SAW MY KEYS ON THE COUNTER, I SAID YES, DO I NEED TO GO GET MY CAR? UNSURPRISINGLY, HE SAID YES! MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL! THIS IS MY STORY.

Donna Robbins The owner Jeff, is a real down to earth person. They are a shop you can take your vehicle to get fixed or diagnose, and not get charged a real high price. Plus they are very honest. Christine Atkins My husband works there. Fair and honest work at a fair and honest price. The biggest problem they have there is not with the owners or employees, but it’s how insurance companies have opened up these “sub companies “for your car parts and the bidding goes to them. You may be waiting a while on your parts. The parts are being bid on and they don’t have them in stock. I don’t understand how the insurance company can bid on your part through one of their “suppliers“ and they don’t even have it in stock. Not OEM parts but aftermarket crap. When you have a new vehicle and it’s been wrecked I would think the insurance company would give you factory parts. But now a days it’s not happening that way. So check with your insurance to see if you get factory or aftermarket parts if in an accident. Knowing this will help get your car or truck back a lot quicker. while the shop could and would get you out in a timely manner. The insurance company holds everyone up. It’s this way all over. People really need to be made aware of this. I’m better educated on the whole process now thanks to the lovely people at Mansfield collision center.

C S In-N-Out in a few minutes. Very professional service. Not from this area but as long as I’m here, I’ll keep coming back to these guys to get my oil changed. It’s a little pricey, even for the cheap oil but at least you know they’re not gonna mess anything up like Walmart. Thanks guys.

Janet Richards Glass services was recommended to us by a friend who had just remodeled their shower. They were personable and easy to work with and explained everything in detail and helped us decide on hardware and a special coating on the glass for easy cleanup etc. We are so pleased with the outcome. it is beautiful. Chris and Steve came to do the install and told me that with our 100 yr old house it might settle and need adjustment - and it did and they came right out and adjusted it the same day I called. Would highly recommend!!

Princess Hearts This auto shop should be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of customers in the community and over charging for simple repairs. Not to mention their unprofessional and rude attitudes. I was given an insane price for a small repair and I went right to another shop nearby and got it taken care of…SUMMER GROVE AUTO almost cheated me out of $700.00 for a repair that cost $200.00 and took less than 1 hour to do. I RECOMMEND LOOKING FURTHER SO YOU WONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF !!!!!! NO STARS !!

Ricky Lee I dropped my car off at Summer Grove Auto Care to have them diagnose a frontend rattling noise issue Ive been dealing with for several months. Mavis nor Firestone was able to identify the issue. However, the team at Summer Grove Auto Care did and provided a satisfactory resolution. They are now my new automotive care center. I highly recommend them for all your auto maintenance needs.
